[Error: unknown template qotd]Maryville, Missouri, is where I currently reside, but I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. When I was sixteen, I went to Ireland on a missions trip. Not only did I fall in love with the country, but I also fell in love with Dun Laoghaire. As far as I'm concerned, these are all home. Ireland, for its wealth of culture and my ancestral home (I cannot deny being Irish, nope), Kansas City, for the city of my birth, and Maryville, for the home I make now.

Home ... good question ... I was born in South Carolina, but left there with my parents when I was two, so I have no memory of the place. I grew up in Deland, Florida, but since I wasn't born there, I wasn't from there, as everyone told me every day. So, I reckon I've become of of those people who says "I'm not from anywhere, so home is where I hang my hat."
