The Scotsman, Anti's older brother, made this comment last night while I was watching My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

"White people: getting the world slobbering drunk since 23,000 BC."

I then warned him that his saying may enter the world on a t-shirt, and that he had to try ouzo, after I told him about it. So, off to the liquor store we went.

I got grenadine and cola, he got ouzo. (I think my Byzantine persona is rubbing off on me.)

The world will never be the same again.

Are Greeks considered white? I know the Caucasus mountain range is around there, but really? They're awful swarthy, as a group.
