Well, poopy.
His parents (and our landlords) keep being flip-floppy about getting a dog, citing that they are "smelly and will trash the house up." That pisses me off. It also irritates me that they can't see that I actually WANT to keep this house clean. I've owned a dog. I know how not to make them stinky. UGH.
Another irritation: they are horrible landlords. Really. Nothing is in paper. Nothing. No contracts, nothing. It's not good. And it's pissing me off.

Date: 2005-06-16 11:30 pm (UTC)trust me, I'm in Bussiness Law class, and we're studying just that problem.. if there's nothing on paper, they can kick youout anytime they wish... AND get you for tresspassing at any time.. and it's not a good way to have a contract.....
get it in writing.. everything. MAKE them sign things... they might not be claiming the income they get from you on their taxes.. that could make you an accesory to a federal offecnce..... (usually a bad thing..;) )
They might have their reasons, but for YOUR protection (because I like you and they sound stupid), get a written contract...
