zephyrofgodWell, we didn't have game Saturday, perhaps just as well, as I've been dealing with headaches on and off for the past couple of days. I love the fact that I get to deal with the remnants of EBV this time around and then girlie issues. In short, I've been sleeping a lot. More than my normal eight hours of sleep a night. It's been eight hours of sleep plus a four hour afternoon nap. I'm not sure if that's from boredom or it's from the lingering effects of EBV, but it's driving me crazy.
I'm going in to the doc's tomorrow to get completely checked out so I can go back to work. Additionally, I'm going home this weekend to hang out with Mom and sell duct tape roses. I've got three sizes of roses (tea rose, standard, and deluxe, which are 1", 2", and 3", respectively), pens with roses on the ends (they're adorable), and then some of my pieces which just haven't sold yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, so I won't be at game then, either.
In other news, I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to get a bliaut done in time for Bellewode's ball/symposium in mid/late-April. It's either that, or doing another surcote and cote, or a bunch of t-tunics in Byzantinian finery. Grarh. My ideas are more towards Byzantinian wear (and wearing a turban'll be fun, and it'll hide my hair!), and I think I can get my mom to help. It's either that, or give it to my grandma to do to keep her out of trouble.
It gives me a lot to ruminate on.
