I'm not sure that Vlad is our unluckiest player, but he certainly gets into a lot of pickles and gets a lot of crappy rolls, and what-not.
For once, though, he nearly erased that.
So, we were up against some sort of junk golem thingies (robot zombies with robot herpes/AIDS. At least, that's how it was described to us), and we're nearly done with fighting one. And Vlad rolls damage - 4d10s.
He ended up with a 39 out of a possible 40 points of damage.
It would have been awesome, except that the baddie was nearly dead. We're talking a minimum of points, here.
Then again, earlier in the night, he critted another one of the junk golem things...and it had a single hit point.
Go fig.
