Asked to be a part of the Vagina Monologues this year. I didn’t audition this year, so I’m a little worried about what part I’m getting this year. I’m also the boobie captain this year (which means I’m in charge of the breast moulds) - watch 75% of my male (and probably about 10% of my female) audience perk up and comment. Two years ago, I was the co-captain, and had a blast being a part of it. I’m working on a few ideas for my own plaster cast, but, I want to make sure our participants also have their own ideas. For those of you not in the know, we do plaster casts of the cast’s boobs. After the casts have dried and cured, it’s on to decorating. Two years ago, I covered my cast in about a pound and a half of beads. The year before that, it was all about the duct tape. And Wonder Woman. I have a few puns that I could figure out that I think could be really adorable, but I also want to make sure that the Komen Foundation gets as much possible. When I did the beaded one (Bohemia), that particular piece raised $60, and I want to either match or exceed that.
Bellewode may be a go, but it’s touch and go from here.
