I'm in the NWMSU production of the Vagina Monologues again this year. I'm excited, and I really can't wait to do the awesomeness that is the Monologues. For those in the area who would be interested in going, the show will have three performances: February 15, 16, and 17 at the Wesley Centre. If you aren't able to come, it's okay. If there is a production near you, try to go. Anyway.

I am the co-chair of the Thanks for the Mammaries auction to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation this year. What we do is take plaster casts of the cast members' (if they want to, naturally) breasts, and then the casts are decorated. Last year, I had decorated my boobs as Wonder Woman's costume, complete with the Lasso of Truth. I'm excited about this year: Bohemia. I spent four hours gluing glass beads with a hot glue gun onto the cast, and I am thrilled with the results.

We've started the auction early, and these babies have already been in one hell of a bidding war...and there are two weeks left!

By the way, if you'd like to see the Wonder Woman boobs, just let me know. I have a great photo of them, and while I miss them, I know that the money raised from them went to a great cause, as will the proceeds from our show (a battered women's shelter in the area).
